Excluding the firewall which is updated in real time, virus signature files are checked for updates (collectively) over 2,000 times every day.
Obvious spam is blocked outright, then remaining spam is diverted to Quarantine. From there, you or your users can review the Quarantine for any legitimate messages that were falsely quarantined and need to be forwarded to the user’s Inbox.
Users can manage their own Quarantined spam. Alternatively, all Quarantined spam can be directed to a single mailbox for an administrator to manage.
Spam rules can be adjusted by your administrators or your staff, as required by your security policy. Different levels of security can be implemented for each staff group, department or division.

XecutiveMail offers a sophisticated news-feed aggregator, allowing users to add or delete RSS, RDS and Atom news-feeds.

Wireless Forwarding allows the user to forward certain kinds of messages to a text-enabled phone, PDA, or other mobile device. Selectively forward messages based on keywords, sender's email address or message priority.
XecutiveMail supports user aliases to allow users to forward email to other accounts. Aliases may not send mail and may not log into the Web mail interface.
Each user has the ability to create, organize, and delete most sub-folders. Certain sub-folders can also be shared.
Users can choose to view and compose email messages in Rich Text or HTML format; with different fonts, colors, images, links, shockwave files (.swf), and additional formatting options.
